The Proposal
Once you have filled out your event details on our book your bar page, you’ll first receive an email within 24-48 hours letting you know we have started to put together your custom proposal.
We take into consideration your venue, guest count, bar service hours and the experience you are most interested in. With our industry tested tools, we put together the costs of each item and service needed to produce a smooth event.
We understand the ins and outs of events and how each one is unique (which means it will have it’s own unique challenges as well). When you trust us with our expertise, you don’t have to think or worry about all the small details. We take care of everything bar-related!
Our initial proposal will also include a second bar experience option that will provide you with a rounded out idea of what is possible for you.
Premium Enhancements such as personalized linen signs, bow name tags, or Clear Ice can be added as well.

Once your proposal is perfect, we’ll collect your retainer fee and send over the full invoice with the agreement. Final balance is due 30 days before your big day.
Our bar manager will then contact you to schedule your consultation. In this consultation you will go over allll the details of your drink menu and the specific requirements to make your event a success. We want you to leave the details up to us and our professional event bar team. From glassware rentals, ice delivery, garnish prep, and ensuring you have enough bar staff to cater to your guests, having Tamp & Muddle Co. handle the bar service details, you’ll be able to be a guest at your own event!
